Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a highly skilled, digitally savvy Content Strategist to join our team as part of the KAPX Group, with a key focus on Gloo. This role demands a blend of creative flair, a knack for problem-solving through content, impeccable writing ability, and a discerning eye for design. You'll play a crucial role in sculpting the digital narrative for our clients in the health and beauty, lifestyle, and wellness sectors, and have a hand in helping us entrench ourselves as the eminent marketing leaders for our target sectors.  

You will be reporting to and guided by our Client Solutions Lead, who handles and oversees client strategy, production capabilities and resources, and ensures quality content deliveries and winning proposals. You will work collaboratively with the Design Lead, to craft award-winning and world-class digital content, upholding the highly effective standards that the agency is reputed for. 

Key Responsibilities
  1. Hands on with full content cycle: planning, development, oversight & quality control.
    • End-to-end involvement on copy and writing-based project requirements spanning social, public relations, digital, web, events and more.
    • Crafting compelling, and relevant content that keeps target audiences in mind.
    • Understand the dynamics of client or project goals, market trends and internal capabilities, and find the optimum ground from which to approach content.
    • Oversee content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  2. Creative collaboration to ensure content is cohesive, matching the intended narratives while staying within key communication and brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate closely with the designers to produce cohesive and impactful content.
    • Provide creative insights to enhance visual storytelling.
  3. Leading and supporting market research & analysis copies to effectively explain proposed client solutions within proposals. 
    • Understand the content trends, consumer behaviours, and competitors within select industries you are working on, and to develop or proof copy that showcases this innate understanding.
    • Copy development and proofing of documents, decks and plans.
Qualifications & Expectations
  • Proven experience as a content and social strategist, impactful and intentional copywriting, content manager or similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an impeccable command of English. (being able to code switch between American and British/Singaporean English is a must).
  • Skilled in digital marketing practices and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a role of similar capacity.
